What is a Pipken & Lane bow subscription?
Our bow subscription is an amazing service where you receive 3 on trend bows every month right to your front door! These bows will be shipped every month unless you cancel. No need to do anything else! If you decide to cancel you can do so at any time.
How much is the subscription and what does it include?
You will receive three bows for only $19.99. Our shipping fee is included in the monthly price. You can choose reversible (the clip is removable so it can be worn on either side of the head) alligator clips (with a non-slip grip attached directly to the bow), fixed clips to either the right or left side or one size-fits-all nylon headbands. If at any time you would like to switch from bows to headbands, or headbands to bows, you may do so by logging into your account and changing your preferences. Just click on the "manage subscription" tab and head to the area for change bow style.
Where are your bows made?
Our monthly bows are produced right here in the United States by our team of professional seamstresses. Each bow is cut, sewn, pressed and then either tied and/or a small amount of glue is added to secure it in place. We choose the highest quality fabrics and on trend styles for you each month. We have so much fun selecting these fabrics and designing your bows!
Can I get a mixture of headbands and clips?
Each subscription will include all headbands or all clips. I am sorry that we are not able to mix and match. However, many of our customers get two subscriptions so they can have a mix of both headbands and clips!
What will I receive with the additional pigtail subscription option?
The pigtail subscription includes two extra bows which match the monthly bows but do not match each other. Usually that means you will receive an additional top and bottom bow from the three bow set since they tend to be the smaller bows. This is a perfect way to get that mix of headbands and clips that you might be looking for! The pigtails do not match each other but instead match the monthly set.
What if my bow has come untied or is broken?
We always stand by our products and would be more than happy to fix these for you! I do my best to make sure I am producing the best bows for you! However, sometimes these little toddlers (and adults) can cause them to become untied. Just shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to repair/replace those for you!
My bow has detached from my clip. Is it broken?
We do offer three different styles of clip bows for our customers. The first is our reversible style clip. These are specifically NOT glued to the fabric so that our moms can use the bows on either side of their child's head. We do also offer an affixed style as well (right or left side) if you do want the clip glued to the bow itself.
When will I receive my bows?
We will ship all subscription bows at the end of each month between the 25th and the 30th. For example, if you subscribe for December bows they will ship between November 25th through the 30th.
Additional bows purchased from the shop are handmade to order and will ship within 4-5 business days. If you need a bow by a specific date just shoot me an email at email@example.com and I will try to make it happen for you!
What if I want to order additional bows from the shop? Will I pay extra shipping?
As a subscriber you will receive free shipping on any additional bows from the shop. These bows will ship with your monthly bows unless you choose the "quick ship" option at checkout to have them shipped within one business day.
When will you charge my credit card?
Your card will be charged on the 15th of every month unless you cancel before that date. However, if you subscribe closer to the 15th then you will not be charged again on the 15th. For example, if you subscribe on the 1st of April your next charge would not be until the 15th of May. This is just to ensure that you are not charged twice in the same month. You will still receive both months bows but will not be charged twice. You can cancel at anytime just by logging into your account.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are included in your monthly price of $19.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping internationally is $7.00.
When will I get to see the next months bows?
We will preview the next months bows around the 11th of each month! For example, you will be able to see the May bows around the 11th of April. This will allow you to make any necessary changes to your subscription before your order is placed on the 15th.
What if I want to cancel? Are there are fees or penalties?
No! You may cancel at anytime. Just login to your account and click on the "manage subscription" tab and follow the prompts to cancel your account.
What if my bow arrives damaged or is damaged after my daughter has worn it?
While it is unlikely, if you receive a package with a defective or damaged bow just email us right away and we will ship a new one. If at any time you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We want you to be as happy wearing these bows as we are designing them for you!
Do you accepts returns on bows that have been shipped?
Unfortunately, due to safety standards we are not allowed to accept returns on any bows which have been shipped to our customers.
